Vehicle control is one of the most conflictive issues in the process of community management, due to its great impact on the general safety.
With our system we are sure to achieve the safety objectives and use of parking in the community.
For it does:
- Speed up the vehicle registration process.
- Facilitate the permits and registrations of visiting vehicles.
- Register warnings.
- Facilitate control of temporary permits for vehicles.
- Guarantee that each registered vehicle meets the requirements sought by the association.

Residents will be able to resolve ALL VEHICLES' SITUATIONS without going to the administrative office.
Unauthorized vehicles will be removed from the parking lot increasing availability for those who meet the community requirements.
SERVICES AREAS:
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
where you can:
- Override and/or update data of registered vehicles.
- Look up vehicles in registry according to specific characteristics (tag, decal, color, brand , model).
- View and delete warnings.
- Authorize special permits for parking in premises. Such as temporary rental for the repair of a register vehicle, etc.
- Assign tags to vehicles.
- Digital search and review the documents of each vehicle.
- Assign the amount of parking spaces per user/unit/resident.
- Authorize and block system users.
SECURITY.
The surveillance personnel:
- Have an actualized list of all vehicles that can park in the community.
- Look up vehicles in registry according to specific characteristics (tag, decal, color, brand , model).
- Can put a warning on registered vehicles that do not comply with parking rules and automatically send an email or text message to the vehicle's owner.
- Have a list of vehicles with current warnings.
- Have a registry of towed vehicles.
RESIDENTS
They can:
- Register and update vehicles.
- Send the documents required by the association through digital media.
- Register vehicles of their visitors, to avoid being towed out of the parking lot.
- Identify and inform the administrative office through email, unauthorized vehicles that are using the community parking lot
